The paperwork is important - it contains all the original signed documents you will need should you wish to register with FIFe, TICA, or WCF, or for your pet's insurance. It is released with the kitten and not before.
PURCHASING PROCESS
We require a Reservation Payment to reserve a kitten or cat. The amount and payment schedule will be shown on your invoice. Reservation if 50% of the cat’s price.
When an invoice is issued, we may place a temporary hold on the animal for up to 2 hours. If the Reservation Payment is not received within that period, the hold may expire and the animal may be made available to other prospective purchasers.
An animal is only considered reserved once the Reservation Payment (50%) has been received in cleared funds and acknowledged by us.
No animal will be released until all outstanding balances, including veterinary and delivery fees, have been paid.
Failure to make any payment by its due date may result in the cancellation of the reservation or sale and the animal being re-advertised. Any refund will be handled in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
Should you be unable to collect your cat, or arrange delivery, on the agreed date, an alternative date can usually be arranged. We do not normally charge for reasonable short-term delays, although longer-term boarding arrangements may need to be agreed separately.
Payment may be made by bank transfer, or on request, by credit/debit card. Please see our terms and conditions for full details about payments, sterilisation and delivery.
